Jeremy - Extra 3 download free

I'm a fan of most of Jean F. Cochois' output, of which Jeremy is another alias, and was confident enough to buy this without hearing any of the tracks. The A-side doesn't move me, a mechanical minimal track that I imagine probably goes down well in a dark basement club to a chemically enhanced dancefloor but is rather emotionless for personal listening, useful perhaps for working out where I could see it's appeal. The flip side has two strong tracks, the best of which is 'Sensitiv'. I must admit, being familiar with his output, I was sold by the track title as I immediately knew it would be good. The lonely trumpet and gentle keyboard sounds remind me of LTJ Bukem productions on Looking Good, and the single booming bass note every fourth beat adds to the quasi-drum'n'bass connection. Introspective house music.
