The bad graphics and poor pressing quality seem to indicate that this is an unofficial release, although it could have been pressed in some exotic country as well. The labels nor the dead wax do confirm this.

I also recently acquired one with this exact same label, however vinyl is excellent, and translucent, and pressing quality is excellent.
